I had the great opportunity to paint a mural for the nursery room at Kansas City's Rainbow School. The preschool's wonderful outdoor classroom teaches children all about local plants and animals and introduces early ideas about conservation and the importance of biodiversity. I reflected these vital ideas in my mural and included many of the animals and plants that can be seen around the school's beautiful garden and playground.
